Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at stellarsclothes@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your request and assist you accordingly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
